Grade a Sleeper trade with your league's real rosters
· 2 min read
Every trade calculator asks you the same thing: type two players, get a number. None of them know that your league starts two quarterbacks, that the guy you’re being offered would be your fourth receiver, or that the “2027 1st” in the deal belongs to a 1-6 team.
The Trade Analyzer does. Paste your league link, pick the two teams, tap what each side gives. It reads the rosters from Sleeper as they are right now, picks included.
Two answers, on purpose
The market verdict is the headline. Every player and pick is priced from FantasyCalc, which builds its values from thousands of real trades across real leagues, and the table is chosen for your format: redraft or dynasty, PPR or not, one QB or superflex, your team count. Add up what each side gets. Then one correction: if a side takes on more players than it sends, it has to cut to fit the roster, and the verdict charges it the value of the players it would drop. That’s what stops twelve third-round picks from grading as a fair price for a stud. Within 5% is an even trade. Within 15% is a slight edge. Past that, someone won.
Roster fit sits underneath, separate. Each roster is sorted into your league’s actual lineup slots by value, before the trade and after, so you can see who starts, who drops out of the lineup, and who comes in only to sit on your bench. It’s a different question from the first one, and the two can disagree. A trade that loses on paper can still be the one that fixes your RB2 hole for the stretch run. Now you can see both and decide.
Picks, projected
In dynasty and keeper leagues the tool lists every pick each team owns, trades included. Next year’s picks are priced as Early, Mid or Late from the current standings, since a last-place team’s first is not the same asset as a contender’s. Later years use the plain value.
Send it to the group chat
Tap Share and the trade is saved as graded that day, with a link and a preview card. The link keeps saying what it said even after values move, so it works as a receipt. The other manager can open it and counter from there.
Trade deadlines are a few weeks out in most leagues. Open your league and run the offer you’ve been sitting on.
